Batting rates adjusted

If you haven't worked out already, batting averages in the game are a bit strange. If your player has a batting average of 38 or lower, their average will come up one point higher during the game (check this: match --> play match --> click use manual team selection -->; manual team selection).

Even more strangely, batsmen with an average above 38 have their batting averages drastically reduced.

This is the standard text file for county cricket 2007 that you will see when you open the text file:

Notice that Simon Katich has a batting average of 51.98 in the file. But what happens during the game? This:

Katich's batting average has declined to 48!

I don't know why this goes on, but I have worked out some of the more important batting adjustments you can make, and here they are:

(0.0 in text file does not work)

Example:

PA Jaques,110,-1,56.10,-1,0,0,0,0,0,100,

is changed to

PA Jaques,110,-1,63.5,-1,0,0,0,0,0,100,

I haven't finished working out the ones above 75 in text file, but I will post these at some point.
